We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Due to COVID-19, carriers USPS is experiencing increased delivery times + lags on tracking. If your order hasn’t moved in over a few days or is late, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue you a refund for the shipping fee.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

Thank you for your My Favorite Girl Boutique purchase! We understand that items may look and fit differently once you get them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a STORE CREDIT (less shipping fees) or EXCHANGE (less shipping fees) within 7 days of receipt.
We accept items that have not been WORN, WASHED, OR ALTERED and ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. Footwear returns/exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels. ALL accessories (jewelry, scarves, headwear, handbags, etc.) are FINAL SALE. ALL SALE and DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provides you with proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. All shipping for returns/exchanges will be paid by the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable. We ask that you provide us with the tracking details so that we can track and process your return in a timely manner. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements, including any signs of wear.
Where items are returned to us outside of this time period, we reserve the right to return the item to you.
My Favorite Girl diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for packages lost/stolen after they are confirmed delivered. If you feel like your mail area is not safe for delivery, please choose an alternative address. Shipping labels are generated from the address you put in your account information. We are not responsible if packages are delivered incorrectly due to the address being wrong. Please check the Shipping Address you put in your profile.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
What are the forms of payment accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept bank transfers or money orders.
When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the order to be approved. The billing address is the address registered on your account.
Has my order been shipped?
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
Can I modify/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow return/exchange instructions for a store credit or exchange.
